This policy applies to purchases made on lomveria.shop under the LOWE’S OUTLET storefront name. Email support@theelsearchive.com before sending a return. This is an independently operated store, not the official Lowe’s website; purchases made here must follow this store’s return instructions.

Return windows

Most new, unused goods with proof of purchase are returnable within 90 days of purchase. Exceptions apply. The following existing category-specific windows take priority.

48-hour categories

The return window is 48 hours from delivery for major appliances, portable or window air conditioners, evaporative coolers, construction heaters, paint sprayers, tile saws, gas-powered portable generators, pressure washers, chainsaws and pole saws. Unopened, undamaged, factory-sealed goods in eligible 48-hour categories may qualify for 30 days.

30-day categories

The return window is 30 days for liquid paint, electronics, water heaters, HVAC equipment, most outdoor power equipment and custom window treatments.

Exceptions and fees

Labor, installation, gift cards, used goods presenting a biohazard risk and merchandise expressly sold as final sale are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the seller caused the error. Special configured orders may incur a disclosed 20% restocking fee after 72 hours.

Starting a return

Email support@theelsearchive.com with your order number, item and reason for return. Obtain the return address and shipping-cost instructions before sending goods. Keep accessories, packaging and photographs of damage. Do not send purchases from this website to another retailer’s location.

Refunds and exchanges

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; allow up to seven business days for bank posting. Exchanges depend on stock. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
