Request a cancellation

For an order placed on lomveria.shop, email LOWE’S OUTLET at support@theelsearchive.com promptly. Include your order number and the items you want to cancel or change. Use the email address associated with the order where possible.

Before shipment

We will check whether the requested items can still be stopped. A request is not confirmation of cancellation. Items already packed, transferred to a carrier or in special production may require a different process. We will explain the status and available options.

After shipment

If shipment cannot be stopped, consult our Returns policy. Do not refuse delivery or send goods to an address without instructions; contact this store for the appropriate next step.

Refunds

If an unshipped item is canceled, the corresponding payment is returned through the original payment method. An authorization hold may instead be released by the payment provider. Posting time depends on your financial institution. Any separately agreed noncancelable service or special-order charge remains subject to the disclosed terms and mandatory legal rights.

Changes and delays

Address changes depend on shipment status. If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will provide the legally required delay or refund options. This policy covers this independent store’s orders and is not another retailer’s cancellation service.
